I have known Mr. Andres Pedriks Since 2005. When I wanted to buy my first house in 2007 it was Andres who helped me choose the right property. I was very happy what I bought. I owned a beautiful historic home off Lakeshore on Ballantine Terrace. Due to circumstances I had to move back to Calgary and sadly needed to sell this home that I had become extremely attached to. I had bought the home 5 years earlier through Andres Pedriks at Royal Le Page and had stayed in touch. He had become a good friend of mine. Andres took the listing in early 2010 when the market was down and we knew that we were settling in for a long haul.  The house eventually sold in May 2012.
